Metabolite Program
The Metabolite Program, which focuses on health and wellness, is fully covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). This means that eligible residents of Ontario can access the program without any out-of-pocket costs. The wait time for the Metabolite Program is currently 1-2 weeks. This relatively short wait period indicates that the program has a streamlined process for admitting new participants and that resources are managed efficiently to minimize delays.
Medications prescribed as part of the Metabolite Program are not covered by the clinic itself. This means that patients will need to cover the cost of their medications out of pocket. However, these costs might be reimbursed or covered by the patient’s private insurance plan, depending on the specific terms and coverage of their policy.

Insurance forms are not OHIP covered services. To complete any forms there is a $45 fee. To complete a payment, click the button below.
After payment is complete you can e-mail your forms to contact@metaboliteclinic.ca. All forms will be completed within 5 business days.
Dietician Services
The cost to enroll in the Meta-Diet Program and see our dietician is $399. This cost is usually covered by your extended insurance plan.

Both methods are designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, ensuring that you can easily make your appointment and stay on track with your health and wellness plan.
You will receive a total of 3 visits with the dietician and access to the metabolite app. Forget inputting all your macros, just take pictures of your meals. This will give our dieticians an understanding of your nutrition and food consumption. You will also get access in the app to our library of recipes & personalized exercise programs that you can complete at the gym or at home.
No, you can see the dietician without any referral. Our dieticians specialize in patients dealing with obesity, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, high blood pressure, & high cholesterol.
Yes, we have the ability to directly bill your insurance company so you don’t have to. Once approved, you will receive the reimbursement directly from your insurance company based on your coverage.
Yes, you will receive 3 receipts that will total the cost of the program which is $399.
